Yahoo to take Microsoft by force
Microsoft has once again made an unsuccessful bid to take over internet giant, Yahoo, but as many times before, the boys at Yahoo will have none of it. In particular, Jerry Yang, Chief Executive, has been instrumental in the repeated rejections as his demand price of $37 a share was not been met by the software giant. On August 1, however, Microsoft with the aid of billionaire, Carl Icahn will attempt overthrow Yahoo’s board of directors at the shareholders meeting.
